Gel nail soak off - my nail beds have been wrecked by their ‘method’. Unhygienic and totally inappropriate use of basically a high speed modelling tool rather than the soak off with acetone that I asked for. (Acetone was used briefly but only through placing all my fingers in a bowl of acetone which didn’t remove all the gel so the tool came out again). Now my once smooth and healthy nail beds have been left feeling like sand paper and so brittle due to lost layers of keratin. Warning to those who want to preserve their nails and avoid this place!
