Staff really nice, though we were told when my daughter bought a car there that if she recommended someone she would get a reward, needless to say no reward. Really good precautions for covid-19, though chap who served me a bit more pushy than the nice chap who helped my daughter. He made sure plenty of fuel for her, though hardly any in the car I bought. I left a car there that had half a tank.

Great place and attentive staff
Called multiples times to get a price/lead time for installation of roof rails and roof bars on a new car purchased only 2 months ago. After leaving several messages and repeated promises of a return phone call, no one ever called back. I have now used another Mazda dealership to get the works done. We will not be buying another car from them as the after-sales is virtually non-existent.
Awful experience, left feeling completely robbed. No courtesy car available despite booking 3 weeks in advance. Requested a call back to inform me of how long the service would take, they never contacted me. Service on that day was poor, no indication of the cost of the service until too late. The woman on the desk spoke to me like I was a child and had no idea what I was doing. When I returned I was told the service would be 326. This was for a car 2 years old, with 14,500 miles on the clock. The service did not bring up any issues simple things being done such as oil being filled and filter replaced NEVER GET A SERVICE HERE!
