I've been in contact with Vicki since before lockdown and have only just been able to have my hair cut by her. Vicki has always been so professional, helpful and communicative by staying in touch and listening to my needs. When I finally went for my cut I felt so safe and relaxed despite the new restrictions. Vicki put me at ease and listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would look good. I can honestly say that my hair was exactly as I wanted it when I left and I didn't feel the need to go home and redo it so I looked like me again.....we've all had that happen! I've always been someone that stays with a hairdresser for a long time - once I've found a good one, I won't go anywhere else. I was really nervous about trying somewhere new but I'm delighted I've found Vicki at Retreat and I'll be staying with her for as long as I can now.

I had my appointment with Danielle. She was very professional, attentive and most of all listened to what I needed. My hair looks the way I imagined, they are healthier, shinier and I feel like a new person. Highly recommended!

It was my first visit and it was amazing, I felt really relaxed and safe. Danielle was fantastic and so welcoming. We had a good chat and a nice afternoon. I love my hair it's exactly what I expected. Will definitely go back.

Very happy with my restyle by Danielle at The Retreat. I've had lots of compliments on the cut and had friends taking photos of the hairstyle as they are also thinking of having this cut now. Will definitely be coming back again.

Really clean and professional. Lovely ladies who really make you feel at ease and are very accommodating. Will give honest feedback and tips for good hair care. All staff are genuine and beautiful people inside and out. Wouldn't go anywhere else and I always recommend to family and friends. X
