I couldn't fault anything from his response to the initial enquiry to handing over the keys to the car which he had transported down to me. I have found the staff very nice but Porsche in general don’t seem able to fix my car. I bought a 2018 GT3 911 in 2019 and it’s been with Porsche for a gearbox warranty fix for over four months and it’s still not resolved. I’m quite amazed for a company that charges a fortune for a car they simply have no motivation to fix it. Unfortunately my dream car is a nightmare and I’m having to get lawyers involved. I deeply regret not getting a Porsche. I did my homework and went for the 4.0 991.2 GT3 but it’s bad as the 991.1

Well what can I say, I was recommended to use Porsche Nottingham by a good friend. From the first phone call where I booked her in to the end phone call where they delivered it back was top class. Whilst booking in I was speaking to a gent called Lee he filled me with confidence that the car would be looked after correctly and safely and my pride and joy would be more than safe. We arrived at a very friendly COVID safe (not that it bothers me) dealership where we were promptly booked in for the service by Jack who sorted out the car and reminded me of the work that was due to be done. He packed us off in a nearly new Boxster and i left my life pride and joy at their disposal. Due to an issue with my car not with their workmanship it was delayed in me picking it up (they had it over the weekend) but as soon as they found this out Lee fired a phone call across to advise me of the problem..... With me being back at work on the Monday they even delivered it back to my workplace. So to sum it up thanks again to Porsche Nottingham but mainly thanks to Lee for keeping me in the loop and the awesome service.
