Lovely shop to have a mooch in. Loads of gear to see and drool over. The prices are amazing too, they have beaten any price I've seen online and I usually shop on ebay. Staff had been really supportive in helping me select speakers and getting the stands and cables.

Fantastic shop. Well laid out. It's like a sweet shop!!! I could have spent hours in there. Staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of trying and buying my acoustic guitar. Definitely recommend them.

Such a lovely place for music maniacs) entrance strictly \mask on\. Huge choice of all type of guitars, keyboards, drum sets. Although Native Instruments ,you can try them. And of course all small things like strings, straps etc.

Went in looking for an effects pedal for a guitar. Immediately a staff member came and showed me the stock and provided really good knowledge for what I was looking for. As it is amidst the covid pandemic, understandably I was advised to bring my own guitar, however I was given all the time in the world to try the pedal on one of the stores own amps. After deciding on the pedal, there was no rush from the staff to get me out of the store and I felt extremely comfortable just trialling my new pedal. Overall it was a great experience that extended far beyond just going in and buying something, and I look forward to going back again.

I wasn't allowed to try out the guitar I was interested in. What's the point in this shop then? ***UPDATE REGARDING OWNERS REPLY*** How do I know if I am going to buy it if I didn't try it? I was looking for a guitar in 1500 price range and staff told me that I am allowed to try it only if I am sure that I will buy it. Never seen such an attitude in any guitar store in my life. I've bought a guitar in another store. Good luck with the sales, PMT Nottingham!
