Absolutely fantastic store. Cannot go as often as I would like, due to working hours mainly. First time I was a customer, was when they were in Virgin store, then through to Angel Row, to where Page 45 is now. Originally Mark and Stephen and increased and developed through time. The only constant is the high quality service and the great selection they have.

Such a wonderful book store, the owner is a lovely person who you can tell is truly passionate about what he does and it makes it that much nicer to go there. I saw this book in the front window and got it for the kids in my class as a leaving present and had a lovely conversation with the owner. Really made my day and I look forward to coming back soon!

Customer service goes a long way!! Now I have to hold my hands up here, back in 2017 I had orders for some comic books which I had completely forgot to pick up as I had just watched a very close person to me pass away to which I then had to arrange the funeral and sort out all of the things that go along with losing somebody. Fast forward to today, last week I had rang up and asked if they could hold a copy of the three jokers issue one for me for pick up on Monday, they told me they had done this. I went in yesterday to pick up the comic not realising they were closed on a bank holiday so I called up just now to let them know and to also say I was now going to come in today to get the comic. I was informed that because of what happened 3 years ago they put the comic back on the shelf and it had gone, they then hung up the phone on me. I rang back to ask if they had any copies left they answered no and hung up straight away. I rang back and it this point I was rather angry at the customer service especially as I have been going into this shop for years! When they answered I explained what had happened in 2017 and that I'm not happy how I've been spoken to, he replied well you should have collected your comics and hung up again. I find this absolutely abysmal, a little understanding and customer service goes along way. Even if they would have stayed on the phone with me, conversed and given me a chance to ask all my questions would have gone a long way instead of just hanging up in a rude fashion and I then wouldn't be leaving this review. I have easily brought 100s of comics from this shop in the past but will never set foot in here again after this. I'm appauled! Completely understand their policy about not collecting comics from them but even so that doesn't give them an excuse to be so rude.

Steve and the crew are absolutely brilliant. They're extremely knowledgeable and will happily recommend suitable comics based on interests. Personal customer service is what sets Page 45 apart from everyone else.

This is a really nice comic shop. It’s tightly curated so that it’s small size is not a detriment, there’s a lot of stock in here and they move old stock on at a discounted price, so picked up some bargain issues I wouldn’t have gone for. Quite an eclectic selection and lovely to see small press, independents and unexpected titles and especially ephemera. The manager was quite informative when I asked a question, overall well worth a visit for anyone interested in comics or who want to start out.
