I wish to thank you and the all the team involved with the procedures to deal with my recently diagnosed melanoma. The speed of service delivery has been astounding. I emailed my GP on 15/9/20 and received a telephone response within two hours of the email to discuss the photograph and symptoms. From then on it has been a whirlwind of appointments, discussions, initial excision/biopsy and most recently wide local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy. All of this done within three months of me emailing my GP. The number of staff involved in looking after my care seems to be innumerable. What has remained firmly fixed in mind though, is the extreme professionalism, tender care, and general goodwill that has been shown to me throughout my journey through the system by all those involved in my treatment. My sincerest thanks and gratitude to all those involved for the skills and help that has been afforded to me. I shall be ever grateful.

Booked in for a lump removal. From the time I checked in at the reception desk I received nothing but the highest standard of care with the three doctors and nurses explaining everything about the operation giving me total comfort and reassurance. Absolutely brilliant staff - thank you so much Dr. Mann, Mel and Abby.

Have nothing but praise for my experience at the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre. An urgent referral was made to the Treatment Centre by my GP and my experience there has been faultless from start to finish. An incredible example of expert professionalism, care and quality healthcare provided by a wonderful top class team - Dr Varma, Dr Nambi, the surgical team: Dr Ayob, Darren and Grace and everyone else at Dermatology Gateway G. Apprehension regarding the unknown was immediately overcome by the consistant quality of care given by all the staff that I encountered yesterday for the removal of a basal cell carcinoma. Having read a wide variety of comments in feedback,I was wary and the purpose of this posting is to allay the fears of anyone in a similar position to that which I was in and to absolutely confirm my total satisfaction with the service provided in the section I attended at Gateway G.
