I was apprehensive about doing a Zoom call as I wanted a live puppy training session however Tim was great and provided some excellent practical tips. Recommended.
Tim was brilliant and really helped us out. We booked an afternoon slot (online through Skype). Tim made arrangements for the meeting really easy and everything went to plan. We were made to feel like no question or concern was too small. He listened really well and didn't make me feel silly for wanting reassurance. He is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of ideas to try out, as well as lots of reassurance around the right things we were already doing. Tim didn't make us feel rushed and I was really happy to know I could ask him everything I wanted. I will definitely go back to Tim in future for support with our pup and I have already recommended him to a friend who needs some support.
I called Tim for advice about my Romanian rescue to see if he could come and do a session with her. He instead gave us advice over the phone with things to try to help her out, with no charge. He was so lovely and extremely knowledgable. His advice worked and we are now reaping the benefits of his advice. I’ll not hesitate to use him again should we need to! ️
I booked a puppy home visit because my wife and I got a dachshund puppy. The advice was practical and well delivered and has made a great impact on me and my dog. Tim has been available to answer all the follow up questions I had and been able to help with any tricky behaviours that developed. I can't recommend him more highly.
