I was reassured by the practice that I would be referred to a specialist surgery to be sedated under NHS charges within three weeks. However this did not happen and I ended up enduring tooth pain for weeks and having to pay privately with money I did not have for a tooth extraction. I was really happy with their service initially, however following this incident, my confidence in this practice has significantly dropped. I would encourage patients who need referring to a specialist practice via this surgery to double check time frames and whether they will pay NHS or private costs thoroughly!

Excellent, professional treatment and service here. Dentist Maria is amazing, so gently and reassuring at all times - I am a very nervous patient and usually find the dental experience a terrifying one, however, here I am treated with sympathy and kindness despite the state of my teeth (my own fault) the staff are so friendly and kind, and keep me well informed at all times. The appointments are always punctual, despite the entire team having to operate under the very strict Covid rules now. I have every confidence in the treatment and care that I am receiving here. Thanks to all the amazing staff - I am highly recommending this dental practise.
Absolutely I can't thank Maccarena enough! She is an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly dentist who made me feel such ease. She took time to explain me the procedure clearly and both ladies Maccarena and Elora did a fantastic job today! The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful! Very highly recommended! Alina
Receptionist team were lovely, very kind and helpful.. however my partner didn't have a good experience with a dentist at your practice today, I have emailed your patient feedback team regarding my complaint. This is such a shame as I have personally have had nothing but a positive experience with your dental practice.
Everytime I go to this dentist I always greeted by friendly staff I've been attending this practice for quite a while and always had excellent service. The receptionists are lovely and always make you feel very welcome! If I could rate it out of 10 it would definitely be a 10!
