Machine Mart in general, - I'm assuming Nottingham is head office. I have had some really good products and some poor ones. Looking at their Black November deals (2020) most of them are laughable. The idea of Black Friday is to get a real bargain not just a couple of quid knocked off the price - and only 1 welder in the picture??? I used to enjoy a VAT free voucher but havent seen one of those in a while, ok fair enough 2020 not a great year and I appreciate financial difficulties for a lot of retailers.

NOT SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY... I purchased an oil extraction pump for the sum of 50.39, it was faulty I took it back two days later for a refund or exchange they declined and said it had to be sent back for tests, this was part of my business tools, I’ve used machine mart for many years, but never again. Think twice before you purchase from them you are out of pocket for them selling faulty goods why they so call look at the product!.. TOOL Station and SCREWFIX will be my first stop now.. not taking a chance and be out of pocket why waiting, I asked how long the turn around would take to complete and they jumped straight on the Covid Train blaming it for this reason ... terrible... let’s hope the covid don’t effect there business like there customer care will..

Appalling service saying 3 weeks to look at compressor that is not working after less than 2 months' use which has been very light. However they could immediately replace if we spent a further 100 on an upgrade!! Ridiculous - not working not over used and 3 weeks is ridiculous. Let alone petrol and time for all this hassle.
