Horrible place to deliver to, the access is at least hazardous, reversing uphill on a S shaped narrow allyway while people walk around the vehicle like their lives dont matter. There is no delivery bay at all, one has to unload among cars in a tiny crammed parking lot, than walk the dollies on a narrow, bumpy, slippery path adjacen to the buildings with gaps in between the slabs large enough to swallow an entire cage wheel causing them to tip over the operator with risk of serious injury. All this uphil with side slopes risking to loose the load alltogether or snap a few vertbrae disks atempting to hold it fast. The owners of this place treat their delivery drivers like slaves by not investing the minimum in an electric cage tug so they can take deliveyies from the main road, and proper smooth sidewalk so cages do not put operatos at risk of injury. This falls under corporate criminality and should be investigated and the place shut until they sort all issues out.

Not long move my dad here from a previous home and the care and love they are showing him is amazing always willing to help and put your mind at ease there's nothing to much for them thank you xx

very nice nursing home for the elderly they have made our mum feel very welcome the manager very friendly staff wonderful the food looks and smells lovely mum has a nice room well decorated with all her pictures put around (you can take own chairs etc and make it home from home)clean and the home does not smell of urine the home is well decorated and has memories all over the halls and things for residents to look at as the walk to their rooms just to stop and look at to aid memory all in all very good also have good car park facilities, would reccomend any time to any one looking for a place for their loved ones

It really angers he that the owner of this nursing home is only thinking about their pockets,this place is very very understaffed,the cqc should investigate into the lack of staff,owners of these nursing home make million's, profiting from the elderly with no real care given is just disgusting!!
