Dr Harris is surgically competent and well versed in FUT treatment. However, either the staff need to separately support your personal hair dreams or you need to come in ready to fight for them yourself. I had FUT on the 23rd Oct and the experience has been a very mixed bag. While Dr Harris and his team are clearly technically capable, the current circumstances have eliminated a lot of the considerations for patients as people on the day; offering neither breaks, snacks nor, most importantly, providing support for patients to question the proposed hairline. When I tried to address the differences versus simulations I had commissioned, I was met with what can be summarised as \I'm doing something better\. Feeling dismissed and trusting in Dr Harris to fulfil what we had discussed, I ended up proceeding with a hairline I had not inspected in detail and with significant asymmetry versus what I had in mind; one half of my hairline came out straight and one half at approximately 20 from straight. As a result, despite healing well, I spent the weekend stressing over my new hairline. To Dr Harris's credit, he did immediately offer to remedy this as soon as I raised my concerns more vehemently. Unfortunately this only consisted of removing grafts to raise the angled portion of the hairline, effectively wasting healthy grafts that could have been used more productively in the first place. I do feel more confident in how my hairline will flourish than I originally did but ultimately this was a wasted opportunity that could have realised my ideal hair if I had simply had the determination (or external support) to stand up for what I myself wanted.

Harris Hair transplants have been incredible from my first consultation right the way through to my hair transplant and after care. From the first consultation I was made to feel instantly comfortable and provided with friendly, professional and honest advice. At no point did I feel pressured at all to have the procedure done. All the staff at the clinic are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Dr Harris and staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout the consultations and the hair transplant procedure. I felt comfortable enough to ask any questions and they spent a lot of time answering and explaining any queries to make me feel at ease. Visited for a consultation earlier this year. Dr Harris ran through the options with me for surgery but also alternative options and suggested I take plenty of time to consider others before going down the surgery route. The staff were super friendly, I haven't gone ahead yet as I have been using alternatives based on Dr Harris' recommendations. I still may get a transplant later in the year or early next year and would only come here for it.

I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon in Dr Harris, his knowledge is second to none and answered all my questions honestly. Having researched for years I knew I was in the right hands. I had 2 consultations one in Nottingham and one via WhatsApp followed by surgery. The day of surgery was great and the team were so very thorough. I was anxious for about a hour which is to be expected but felt at ease as soon as Dr Harris got going. The after are by Dr Harris and Tonicha have been great and feel I could pick up the phone for support at anytime without hesitation. I am a few weeks in to my transplant journey and feel confident the results will be good. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Harris and the team at Harris Hair Dave
