I did click and collect for some paving slabs. Lots of availability for the 15min time slots to arrive. They came out and offered to put them in my car for me. I ended up having to exchange them as i chose the wrong colour. Phoned up and they were really helpful. I was able to go back that afternoon and swap the slabs over. Really easy and staff were helpful and not condescending with me not knowing what I was on about.

The staff are a lot more switched on at this branch than Arnold. Lads behind the counter are a real credit to the company. They even radio out to the lads in the yard to get what you need. Started to use this branch over the other now just because of the staff
