I had a virtual office with Eazi Virtual Solutions but never actually had to make use of it. When trying to cancel I suspended the service using their almost impossible to use web management system but was sent an invoice, noting that I hadn't actually cancelled as their website doesn't really handle this and still owed money. It turns out that hidden in section 15 of the Terms & Conditions (only visible until after clicking the checkbox to confirm that you have read them when checking out, and with no visible links anywhere else on the site) that cancellation requires an email or recorded letter sent to their office. When I bought this up I was offered \as a goodwill gesture\ to have the invoice voided if I wrote a \fair an honest review\ on the link provided, leading to this. I take issue with paid reviews and feel that a \fair and honest review\ for the \gesture of goodwill\ of cancelling an invoice would constitute a paid review so I have paid the invoice, making this review absolutely free and straight from the heart. Update: The offer of voiding the invoice was rescinded after I posted my review. I am how being threatened with legal action and being taken to small claims court with a potential cost of 445, based on their last experience of a \false review\.

This company has a lot hidden in its contracts. We did not want to renew my virtual office with them at this time, but they tried to take the money daily. A week after the renewal we had completely forgotten about them and they took the payment from my account. We made contact and told them we did not want the virtual office anymore and they said they can cancel the contract but we won't be getting a refund as they require at least 1 months’ notice to terminate the agreement, despite the fact it was a 12 month contract which had already ended and it was coming into a new agreement, which we had not agreed to enter. This company seems oblivious to contract law, or consumer focus and ethics. Because of their attitude, we will never be using this company again, they are cheap for a reason because they are clearly amateurs. In June we will be changing my company to a new business sector and would rather pay 200 a year for a company that treats its customers with respect and does not ignore standard contract law.
