Had the displeasure of living on top of one of their work sights. Recieved a letter stating work would take 6 weeks. 7 weeks in and on a Sunday at an ungodly hour I'm shook out of bed with them on site!! Maybe if their crew did more work the first 4 weeks in than sitting on their backsides you wouldn't be behind schedule making the lives of the permanant residence a living hell. Workmen bickering like a pair of pensioner woman half 7 in the morning outside bedroom window. Frightened out of bed early every morning with my bedroom walls shaking thinking our building was coming down as well. Not a nice experience at all! To top it off it looks like they got a bit carried away and did damage to the 2 adjacent buildings. Would only recommend for a demo far from any civilisation.
