At first diamond were very good and helpful. After they received our deposit they stopped talking to us. It's been two months now, a survey should have been carried out weeks ago. Or that's what they told us. My wife has been calling once a week to find out what's happening and they just fob her off. We feel a bit scammed to be honest. Shame as they came highly recommended.

Quality windows & doors fitted at a good price, communication slipped at one point but the excellent fitter that came soon sorted out the issue, fantastic workmanship from the fitter, completely professional & worked solidly to get the job done to excellent standard, couldn't fault the service from the fantastic team they employ. Had 10 windows and 3 doors fitted. Communication was a bit poor and vague at the start, but the price was very good and installation was second to none. The 2 lads who came and finished in 3 days with no mess or hassle. The windows and doors were a great quality with a good long guarantee. Highly recommend this company. Thanks
