I can’t thank AW Accident Repair Centres enough, they are truly fantastic and would highly recommend to all. The efforts they went to, to help us out during such a difficult period were phenomenal after we had just recovered from Covid. The communication between them, our insurance company and ourselves was great and we were constantly kept up to date with the process and stages of repair. The staff were all friendly and approachable and easy to speak with on the phone and were always willing to go the extra mile. We can’t appreciate enough what you have done for us these past few weeks and would feel very happy and confident in using you or referring people in the future. Thank you!

Should be zero stars Warning to anyone who takes there car to this body shop!!!! 10 weeks and 2 days for minor repairs and the car came back worse than it went. Very very poor workmanship, no quality control. Car got sent back twice due to over spray everywhere, sanding Mark's under the base coat, lacquer runs down the door, masking lines around door shuts and colour difference between panels. Just unable to do the job correctly. After speaking to my insurance they agreed for me to accept the car back as it was and send it elsewhere so it could get done correctly. After the Hoopers engineer inspected the car he said the hole rear end will need repainting because the poor work that had been carried out at AW group beeston. Also the boot lid wont unlock unless you lean on it before pressing the button. I was emailed by a deputy manager saying that they would be in touch about compensation but never heard back. Customer service very poor, they were not interested in repairing my car to a standard. I will never let my car go there again. If you want a decent repair go elsewhere. I am editing this as AW group have replied to this review with faulse information. AW group have not been in touch with me directly or in directly. I have had no feedback what so ever.

Insurance arranged for body work and wheel refurbishment following an accident. Very pleased with results. Good quality finish to bodywork and paint. Only two wheels required refurbishment (diamond cut alloys) but they had all done so they matched up. Communication great throughout, regularly updated, available when needed and communicated updates with car rental company so I didn’t have to. A day after having my vehicle returned it developed an error with the ACC system. While I didn’t think this was linked to AW’s work I asked if they’d noticed the issue while they had the car. They immediately offered to take a look and provided a remedy.

I recently had my car repaired. It had been in an accident. I was quite happy. The communication was good I was kept up to date. I was given a car to tide me over so there was no pressure. The work looks good and I'm happy to have my car back on the road again.
