well all the grief we had with our small bedroom as got considerably worse after it was supposed to be done. the floor is not level and the damp on the walls is 10 times worse the floor dips to the window and it is in a worse state than before. dont know you can charge rent for a 2 bedroom bungalow when the walls are wet through and one room is unhinabitable. i,d like the council leader or someone in higher office to come and look at this mess. it is impossible to decorate due to the water on the walls.and yes we pay full rent and rates. the reason for one star is it wont let me post if i dont light up a star. merry messmas to adc

I think that some of the people in the council tax department are quite rude unhelpful and talk down to you, not really what you want when you need advice

If your homeless with children and need their help don't waste your breath, they won't help, they have staff working their that have 0% customer service and think it's acceptable to speak to you like a piece of dirt, no compassion and down right rude. Dont waste your time!!
