Had problems sourcing some bicycle wheel nuts. Very helpful staff who went straight for the correct nuts. Despite other places telling me they were imperial, one place even said it was a left handed thread! If you are struggling give these guys a try. Excellent service.
Very friendly people and knowledgeable. would use again.l would recommend. 10 years ago their service was rubbish but this has completely changed.
The staff member on the counter is condescending, in my experience. I never felt welcome the handful of times I have used Arkwell. More of an inconvenience.
