I was told my process (a simple Certified Copy) would cost 11 and then charged me 15.70 and this took the whole day to make. The people are very nice but putting a stamp in a few papers shall be quicker and cheaper.
Very unfriendly and superior, called in advance to ask if an appointment was needed, but was reprimanded for not having an appointment.... It costs nothing to be nice.
They literally send me to another notar because they \didn't have time\ (rudely) to make an easy copie?

Ich hatte schon mehrere Wohnungen verkauft und musst als Verkäufer noch nie Gebühren bezahlen. Deshalb hatte ich mich auch nicht erkundigt und musst leider feststellen das in diesem Hause Gebühren für den Verkäufer beim Immobilienkauf berechnet werden. Deshalb mein Rat, bitte zuvor die Gebühren klären!
Ich habe die Notare Ruhland und Ruhwinkel zum ersten Mal für eine notarielle Beglaubigung aufgesucht. Die Abwicklung war super schnell und das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
Sehr lange Wartezeit vor Ort und dann wurde vom Notar auch etwas Wichtiges vergessen, sodass ich mich wieder umständlich darum kümmern musste es gerade zu biegen... Schon etwas enttäuschend. Nur die Damen am Telefon/Email waren sehr schnell und nett
