Interesting tea room with very typical \English\ design and decor. Staff wear ostalgic\ uniforms to enhance the nostalgic feeling, which was very welcomed. Very Covid-aware and good at safeguarding customers' safety.

Wonderful afternoon tea for 3, with amendments for dietary restrictions made with no fuss. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing! Highly recommended
Visited here with my son and i was'nt disappointed.Here is my honest 5* review of the Nostalgia Tea Rooms in Lord Street Southport.First of all let us get the bad news out of the way.Nostalgia Tea Rooms is upstairs so unfortunately if you are disabled and unable to climb stairs safely then this place is'nt for you which is a shame.Now for the good news.I visited here from the Wirral with my son and i was'nt disappointed.We were welcomed by a friendly lady who informed us of the social distancing in place due to coronavirus.We sat near the window overlooking Lord Street.A smartly dressed and pleasant young lady took our order which consisted of egg mayonnaise sandwiches one on brown and one on white bread.garlic bread chips and a soft drink followed by an amazing strawberry milkshake.The food was excellent and the presentation was to a high standard.The milkshake was to die for.The tea rooms were decorated to a high standard and there was a nice warm cosy atmosphere in the room.I will definately return her with my wife in the next few weeks.If you enjoyed reading my honest 5* review and looking at my photos then don't forget to like them.
First visit in some time but even in these strange times, everything was perfect. The covid rules were adhered to perfectly, service was professional but friendly. The menu varied from snacks to full roast dinners and a nice selection of desserts, staff as always very helpful. This place is a oasis in the middle of all this virus madness, highly recommend this lovely tea room.
Lovely little place, good prices, freshly made food, lots to choose from. Meals and snacks available, hot an cold drinks. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
