Well I wanted to get a tonneau cover for my Tacoma before the blizzard. I'd been calling since Friday of last week but I haven't spoken to a representative nor received a call back. Now that my bed is knee deep in snow, out of principal, I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

Great people and products. Reasonable Installation. They add around 20.00 to orders for hardware. This is not disclosed up front. Recommend them for your accessories. We bought a Toneau cover. Took about 10 days to get cover installed. The actual installation was about 1 Hour. You must leave vehicle and come back. Easy to park, etc.

I get all my accessories from Cap World. Just recently got a Sure Trac Dump Trailer from Jeff, who went above and beyond to made this one of the easiest and best experiences ever. These guys don't mess around - get your stuff here!

I would highly recommend this location for a bed cover! They answered the phone quickly, scheduled an appointment for me quicker than I expected and completed the work in the timeline they told me! Very satisifed with their service!
