Wicked Norwich is a good store with helpful staff. Always happy to offer advice and helpful tips. I use them regularly and am very happy with the service.

Massive shout out to Darryl Purcell! He Help me and my Fiancé design and buy our new kitchen for our new home. We had been to other kitchen places before coming to wickes, a lot of other places looked down on us due to our budget and age. (We are a young couple) They wouldn't give us the time of day. But Darryl took the time to listen to us and helped us stay within budget and be able to actually enjoy the kitchen buying process! He helped us utilise space really effectively! He was extremely patient with us as stuff with the new house kept getting delayed. He replied very promptly to us when we messaged with a question and when we sit down to discuss the kitchen he always had a hot chocolate ready for me! Please if you're considering a new kitchen go to Wickes and ask for Darryl, he is so lovely to have worked with!

Really helpful staff who handled my click n collect quickly and safely. A nice sized car park and store was well marked out.

Went in briefly for a click and collect this afternoon. It was quiet, with no queue. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by two miserable ladies huddled behind the counter. No smiles, please or thank you. The worst part - one lady muttered something to her colleague, who then smirked in response. Word of advice: masks and screens don't hide your apparent contempt for paying customers. I left with the impression I was an inconvenience.
