First they moved the exam date,2 weeks ahead with little notice(making the supposed 6week course into an 8 week one),city and guilds 'forgot' to send the papers.Then they 'forgot' to tell me I was entitled to help with childcare and transport costs(the info is stuck on a wall at knee height) so I could've got the bus/childcare instead of leaving early every class,missing out on class time,to run 7miles to pick my kid up.Thanks for the extra stress!!!I do not recommended this place and I won't be doing another course.
