Had a very positive experience moving myself with vans rented from Trott's. The customer service is fantastic, Chris took time to show us any existing damage on the vehicles most of which we would not have spotted ourselves. Vans themselves were top of the range and only a year old, very easy to drive and what was recommended was perfect for our needs. I would certainly use them again.

Great experience hiring a van and 7.5 tonne truck from Trotts. Chris and Vaughan very professional, and flexible when our requirement for a larger van was needed for my parents house move. Van was easy to drive and super reliable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others :)

We used Trott Rentals for the first time this weekend to aid us moving house. The experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish! They were really competitively priced, the van was fairly new and excellent on fuel compared to those we've rented from other companies in the past. It was clean, tidy and a pleasure to drive. The process was really straight-forward and Chris really pulled out all the stops for us, if only other businesses had learned to nail this level of customer service! One thing we loved in particular was that the van came full of fuel which meant we only paid for what we used and there was no second guessing or stops for fuel during what was already a stressful weekend! I would definitely recommend Trott Rentals to anyone in Norwich or the surrounding areas looking to rent a vehicle!
