Music before 12 was pretty dire, after 12 you have a good twenty minute wait for the bar if you're not tall or not a regular. Toilets are clean and the little table upstairs is lovely just to go for a breather. I liked the phone charger cages although didn't need to use them

Staff took our drinks before they were even close to being finished. Not helpful at all, they had a go at me for being stood up for a single second, even though I had a reason. Would not recommend going here. Awful.

My friend was visually drunk. This lady (staff member) come up to us and asks us if we want 3 shots for 10. I sad no minimum 5 times. This told me to shut up. How mean and disgusting manners.
Love Popworld! Great music, amazing atmosphere everytime i'm there. Everyone is so friendly, bar staff are top class, as are the bouncers. My favourite bar in Norwich by a mile.
