Place is overpriced for what you get. It is old and just barely made over to look presentable. Maintenance is sadly lacking and mangement is bereft of the necessary skills to run the place including when multiple tennents complain of mold issues in the apartments. Do not waste your money here. Rent elsewhere is my advise and what we were told actually by a tennant moving out after living here for just 3 weeks.

Price is right, amenities are fair, apartments are clean. Not exactly luxurious, and it could definitely stand to be updated, but I can't complain at all. The neighborhood is quiet and the courtyard is nice. I'd give it one more star if it wasn't general parking and the electrical was laid out better. Update: Okay, on my third night staying here, I've had to remove one star. I'm sure the property manager will take care of the problem or problems shortly, to which point I can give back a star.
