Booked my Combo van in for an MOT a few weeks ago, very courteous staff, very efficient and couldn't of asked for a more friendly service. I did have to return a week later for a re-MOT as it failed on items it should not have done, there was no corrosion on the brake pipes that couldn't have been rubbed off with your hands. That's the only Criticism I have, howver it passed the second time with no work after a discussion so can't complain bar the time it took to go back.
