Wonderful Company !! This is the second time we have used Nick Potts and daughter. This family run business is absolutely amazing, and the price was also reasonable. Nothing was to much trouble however many times we telephoned, always accommodating. Nick did the full service for both our mum and dad he was absolutely brilliant. I cannot praise Nick enough for how he handled everything when I unexpectedly lost my Mum. He has the perfect balance of humour and solemnity, he is compassionate, dignified and thoughtful, and nothing was too much trouble. Even though we decided on a direct cremation, he happily facilitated our requests to add some personal touches, which brought a lot of comfort The way you are treated at a time like this makes such a difference, and Nick certainly made the process far more bearable. My stepfather passed away recently and Nick prepared and took charge of the whole funeral service, asking what my mothers wishes were and my late fathers. Nick is kind and a genuinely thoughtful and respectful person and this reflected in the service we received from him from right at the beginning to the planning of the funeral, the service and even the after care. On the day of the service it was such a beautiful way to for all of the friends and familys to say their final goodbyes. Nick is a real genuine man,and such a professional, and so softly spoken, Nick made the whole process go smoothly at such a difficult time, I would recommend him to anyone for all around service, price and care.
