This surgery is the worst surgery I’ve ever been to. Nurse Danica shares the attitude with the grumpy from the Seven Dwarfs, she’s argumentative, rude, she didn’t listen to anything I said. I run out of my medication and she YELLED at me that this not repeat prescription service. GP dismissed my depression symptoms and he didn’t prescribe me anything! He hanged me over a leaflet dedicated to the teenagers. That’s very helpful when you are in your 30’s!! I’ve self-medicating since with some success. One doctor was actually quite helpful on the phone, she supplied 2 months of medications and she deleted the constant requests for more blood tests. What happened next month? They refused my request claiming that I am due to review. Yep, I’m suddenly going to stop having hypothyroidism! I’m also allowed 1 inhaler a month. This is wild.

To be honest, I was sceptical about the care anyone could except from this walk-in centre initially after reading so many negative reviews, but trust me it isn't the same. Inspite of Pandemic there is a person at the door to greet you (ofcourse you can expect a long queue, socially distanced near the entrance door) kindly carry an umbrella or wear a raincoat if you are visiting this winter as you will not be allowed to enter inside inspite of the rain. But that's fine, I understand the importance. The receptionist was kind and accomodating to everyone. The waiting time after registration wasn't longer, was called to meet the doctor within 5 mins. The Doc was all ears to listen to the patients symptoms and queries patiently. Clearly mentioned the cause and prescribed med. Overall experience at this NHS walk-in centre was comfortable, safe and confident. Thank you NHS, you are real Heros!!

was on the phone to the walkin centre and the service was very poor because of the way they did their job i was trying to sort my cream out. and they were being unprofessional on the phone. then they slammed the phone down. they made a mistake and sent me the wrong cream out. you didnt get no apology for this mistake. i been waiting all day for them to ring me back.

The big issue i have is that things said between a person and their doctor is supposed to be confidential. I dont like the fact that when you walk in and are around other members of public they actually ask you at the door what condition you have. This should be asked by a doctor only and not for everyone standing by to hear. I think this is low quality. The other issue is when we as public walk in we are not spoken to by anyand we can see receptionists sitting at their desks and not communicating with us telling us any sort of information as to when someone will be through or even greeting us. There needs to be someone greating and informing the public to make them feel at ease and not ignored. Other than this the actual medical abilities and facilities are totally fine. I think there is just a communication and tact issue when it comes to handling patients EDIT: i appreciate the Covid questions but they are not relevant to asking what condition we as patients have, also we are asked again what our condition is by the reception. The other issue was again the receptionist doesnt and has never pre covid greeted you with any information telling you to come in a sit or whats going on. They completely ignore you and you could be standing there for upto half an hour. Just a simple 'someone will be with you shortly' would be nice. I hope you take this on board as constructive criticism

Had a horrible experience doctor and receptionist busy chatting didn’t want to hear what I had to say yet I needed an emergency prescription, unfriendly face especially the doctor’s , Unprofessional conduct, doctor sat on top of the table Looking disgusted by me. Felt belittled I am also a key worker had to rush from work to get that sorted as I depend on that medication but the service I got was substandard I wish not to go back there ever again. People should do these public jobs with full understanding of what is required to hold that office It’s not just about the title (Dr)
