I've been a member for several years, I started off with an introductory case and never looked back. Regular freebies, no pressure to buy. Wine is always good and lots of investment goes back to the wine community and other ventures. Delivery is always prompt and never had any issues with the courier companies. I'm also a member of The Sunday Times Wine Club, but Naked Wines is my go to club. Staff have always been friendly and helpful if I've had to contact them via telephone. I get regular emails with all the latest news about what is happening and events that are happening. Eamonn's emails always make me laugh.

Based upon my first experience with them, I would give them the full five stars. With the voucher that everybody seems to get who can answer three ludicrously simple questions on the website, I got six bottles of decent Merlot for under 30, including delivery. The wine arrived within 48hrs, and did so well packaged. I'm yet to discover if I have been signed up to something I'm not aware of, in terms of being committed to anything. If I have been, obviously the stars rating will change. But as far as I can see, there is no minimum monthly purchase requirement. I would certainly recommend Naked Wines to others at this stage of my order experience with them.

Sneaky and unethical. I wanted to simply buy a case of wine but somehow got signed up to a subscription which then then started quietly debiting me for a month later. They make it confusing enough so you don't really notice you are signing up for something. Although the wine is good, the company left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend this sort of service.

Web site looks great and reasonably good to navigate. But, I have been given a 75 voucher as a gift and it appears I have to spend another 40-50 to be able to redeem the said voucher?? I am finding this very frustrating and I am not getting any help or response to emails or phone calls!
