My family have been using this garage for years and years, simple because of the outstanding service and quality of work! Shaun is always honest and straight about what does and doesn't need doing. Pricing is always low or fair and I've never felt pressured or hard done by. 5 stars!

Once again had a good experience with Mr Clutch Norwich. Always a helpful and friendly service. The whole family have been using them for years for serving, mots and when things go wrong with the cars. Would definitely recommend.

Went for MOT in Covid situation. The car needed the MOT to be able to be taxed, it was then SORN (not able to go in public roads except for MOT) and they were aware of the situation (or at least it was mentioned to them twice, on the phone and on the day). It is true that the day offered was before other garages and that is why is not just one star. After the MOT that the car failed mainly due to a light error (brake if I remember correctly) and on collection I was told that, also that the repair could not be done until 1 week after (when the car was actually needed). Tried to see if they could be squeeze me before as I needed the car, they gave no solutions and quickly made the payment. There was no call to confirm or not any repairs or give any information during the MOT. I am really happy that I kept my original appointment for the next day with my regular garage, where they squeezed me in for the MOT and do the repairs needed in the next 12-24 hours. Had my car ready to go not thanks to this garage. Quite unhappy with the experience and would not recommend. I feel that the job was not done, happy it was only an MOT and not something more serious.
