Due to lockdown and self isolating my son delivered and picked up car I then did not use for 6 weeks when I did I found at That the service counter had not been reset it was still telling me I was overdue a service they also found a fault with car jack bracket the car was 1 year old done 5500 miles with 3 year warranty why have they not corrected. Also as full electric top charge 259 miles winter condition I would expect a 10-15% reduction not 40-50% this needs to be checked returned car still problems

Very helpful staff at the Norwich Showroom from the start. Explaining in great detail what service my car was due, parts that would need renewing and price. The video clip which was sent of my car on the ramp having an underside inspection was very informative. Servicing price is incredibly competitive also being offered a courtesy car was beneficial. I have now signed up to Mercedes servicing plan.
