I have been trying to find somewhere in the UK that delivers macarons since I love them so much, and wanted to venture out on the flavors avilable at my local grocery store. The fillings for these macarons are pretty tasty, and they are very nice to look at, however, the cookie itself seems to be a bit hollow and kind of remind me of my first attempt at making macarons myself back home. I'm not sure if I will be buying them again (I got the varity box so I could try every flavor to find my favorite, but all of the cookies seem to be hollow).
