Having recently completed Forefront ILM Level 3 training with Jarrold Training I cannot recommend them highly enough. Each session was well taught with Matt being a great tutor. The mix of theory and practical exercises coupled with encouragement and support to use the techniques in real life situations helps to reinforce the theory as well as increasing confidence. I am now the fourth person my company have sent on a course run by Jarrold Training and I am confident I will not be the last.

The staff are great, really supportive. They guide you through and really help you understand what is needed. Nice location in the city too.

I recently completed an Introduction to Microsoft Project training course with Jarrold Training; which was carried out via Zoom and over a two day period. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.......... The delivery of the course by Charlie Abramson was excellent. Clear and concise throughout, Charlie led us through a well designed course at just the right pace to keep us fully engaged. The manner in which he presented the course created a very enjoyable learning environment, in which I felt free to ask as much or as little as I wanted without any pressure. The ability to share our screens (as required) meant that Charlie was also able to easily talk us through any issues we faced and as such I don't believe that there is any detriment to completing an online course as opposed to attending a \face to face\ session. We were also provided with a full set of notes to covering everything in the course I would highly recommend Charlie and Jarrold Training to anyone who is considering using their services and hope that I am afforded the opportunity to use them again.
