As my usual garage have not been carrying out any air conditioning work since the start of the pandemic, I called Drive Cool instead. Graham attended within a few days, suitably attired and equipped. He did a superb job replacing a shot condenser which was like a tea strainer and several small holes in pipes. The result was ice cold air con' throughout the summer. Drive Cool are a highly professional operation and are in very high demand as a result of this and the standing down of Dealership and other garage air con' services since March. Drive Cool offer a service which is definitely worth waiting for!

Called him up as my vw touareg climate control had stopped working. Diagnosed problem very quickly. Removed broken temp sensor showing me where it was located. Was easy to fit so rather than charging for another visit. Basically I ordered one from Tps, fitted it in there car park which took less than 2 mins and everything was sorted. Would use again.
Graham was able to fit me in at short notice and diagnosed a gas leak into the condensor, together with a tiny leak from the condensor after a further thorough investigation. Back the following day with new part and which was swiftly fitted and system fixed. Outstanding service, reasonable cost. What a change from the usual recharging without checks and then prolonged period to get the problem fixed! Absolutely recommended, if you are reading this then I would forget about going anywhere else.
Despite being overwhelmed with people needing their AC units fixing, Graham responded immediately to my phone call and gave me the soonest available appointment. He arrived on time and fitted a new AC condenser unit very efficiently. Highly professional with years of experience – I recommend him unreservedly.
