I googled cake makers in Norwich for a birthday cake for my son. So pleased I connected with Cupcake, personal service emailed me using my name and theirs. So as I live in Spain and haven’t seen my son for over a year I wanted something special full of chocolate. This morning he walked passed the shop seeing this lovely birthday cake in the window wishing it was for him. Hours later it was delivered to him. Thank you Anne after all these months apart you have made his birthday so special in these extremely difficult times

Upper St Giles street has a selection of the very best coffee shops and deli's in Norwich. Its quality and reputation is such, that if the street were magically transposed to London, Paris or New York it would be a favoured hangout of those stalwarts of great talent and good taste: Meghan Markle and Melania Trump. Norwicians however, bring their own sprigs of glamour to Upper St Giles Street. Some regulars i believe, are on vague nodding terms with Charles Clarke and even I, by a rare stroke of good fortune, once had the honour of shaking hands with Margaret Beckett. Of all the excellent places in this wonderful street, the best is one that is so small it is possible to pass it by without notice. It is a small, unapologetically pink little shop called; Cupcake & Co. It does beautiful cakes that effortlessly master the difficult trick of tasting even better than they look. And the sandwiches, coffees etc are exquisite. As for the staff, they are efficient, pleasant and sincerely friendly. Try it and you will pity Meghan and Melania, as they live so far from Norwich and have nothing quite like Cupcake & Co to pleasure their palate and add a little joy to their day.
Fab little cake shop with great selection to choose from. cheered up our lockdown weekend today with take away cakes. They also made our wedding cake last September which was a real delight. The wedding was organised very quickly in between lockdowns and they were perfectly professional and the cake was beautiful. It is also so nice to experience good and friendly customer service! 5 stars!
Cupcake and Co are the premiere cake and cupcake shop on Norwich. With exemplary service and the most delicious and varied cakes. They are able to cater for gluten free and vegan requirements and still offer sensational flavour options! Whether you are ordering online or popping to the shop you won’t be disappointed. You can also order celebration cakes/ cupcake boxes which are excellent value and taste better than any other cakes. We had our wedding cake skilfully crafted by them and the feedback about it was amazing.
I was so happy to find someone who was not only willing to make a dairy-free cake but was actually good at it! Anne took my vague, nebulous ideas and created an amazing wedding cake. It was so moist and sweet! I highly recommend Anne and if I ever need another cake, I know exactly where I'm getting it from.
