Easy to book online, so long as there is availability. Staff friendly, albeit could be a little more customer attentive. That said introduction to the boat was very good, not rushed and friendly. The boat I hired for a whole day was clean, however we noted that whoever had used it previously had left a pot of maggots on the forward deck. It's a lively area to go for a day boating. I'd recommend both the company and the area.

Great day on the Broads. Boat was easy to use, scenery was lovely.
Went on the tour here years ago when we were visiting with the family. It was a fun trip, and the scenery was beautiful.
Lovely sail through some of the broads. An hour's sail out and then back. Commentary given was very interesting. And drinks and snacks served to your table.
Excellent service. We rented a day boat. Easy instructions! Great way to explore the Broads! I would recommend booking a full day as half day would go way too fast!
