My partner booked a taxi this morning for 2.45pm, called at 2.50pm as hadn't turned up. Hadn't been booked on the system so was told taxi would arrive in 10mins. Turned up at 3.05pm. This isn't the first time taxis have arrived late or having to call again when using this firm previously. And if you ask to be dropped off or collected from the Karate Dojo on Burton Road why is it that the driver's end up going to Funky Monkeys instead. Clearly communication is very poor with this firm and surely it can't be that difficult to book a taxi on the system. Why are bookings not being placed? Why are your driver's going to another business when you make it clear where you want to be collected from? Please explain because at this rate I'm inclined to use another more reliable taxi firm!!
