Previously worked in customer service so can easily tell when someone wants to deal with you quickly and get you out of the way and get on with their job they were previously doing!! Usually when I pop in, about once a year, its a 5* service here. So only 4 for this visit.

Friendly staff and a great ramge of goods and services
Not very impressed to date with my experience of having a lawn mower serviced. I originally took the mower in to be serviced and to have the cylinder blades sharpened back at the beginning of the year and still haven't received it back yet. I have to ring each time to see what is happening and am told \oh I was going to ring you today\ by someone in the service department. I've rung twice today already and have been told once again that I will be called back this afternoon. Let's see what happens as I doubt I will receive that call as usual.
