Have a lovely relaxing week on Lullaby 3, even though the weather wasn't the best. Boat was well cleaned and presented, office staff were very helpful & friendly and Greg who did our trial run was brilliant. He took time to answer all our questions without rushing, even though he had finished for the day. Would happily book again with them!
Very efficient, virus safe precautions in place. Boat was immaculately clean and had everything needed. A small problem with the boat saw an engineer out in less than 20mins. Greg was polite and efficient and had us on our way quickly. The best measure of a good business is how they deal with a problem and Barns Brinkcraft were 100%. Highly recommended this company
We hired the Royall Commander for 2 weeks. It was perfect for us. From beginning to end, the whole experience was a pleasure. Loved the boat but I would always add do your research - as with all boats, due to sizes, shapes and styles , compromises have to be made. This one suited us perfectly and hence our total delight at the holiday. As for the boatyard, I never experienced anything other than a smile, great service, a fantastic welcome hamper and staff bending over backwards to make things right. I even had trouble starting my car after two weeks of it being stood and one of staff went and got their van and gave the car a jump start. Could I have asked for more Barnes Brinkcraft staff? No! So in conclusion, would I do it again with the same boat and same company, knowing what I know now? ABSOLUTELY!
Hired a picnic boat for the day. The boat was ready when we arrived and the young man that went through everything was very helpful and patient. The boat was perfect for the day and had been left clean. Everything felt Covid safe. On return the same young man was there and he was very helpful guiding the boat back in for me. We’ll be using this boatyard again.
