So disappointed! Took a week to deliver and then there was no card so my friend didn't know who they were from. Would not recommend and wouldn't use again.

Popped into the store on opening day and chose bars of chocolate as a treat for when my granddaughter visits. The store has recently moved from Taverham Garden Centre in Norwich City Centre inside of The Royal Arcade. Which is great, as it is far easier for me to get to. The staff there were lovely. A genuine, family-run business. Their chocolate is handmade. Some of it is even made upstairs in the Royal Arcade. The quality far surpassed chocolate I am used to. A definite 5 stars from myself, my son and my granddaughter. We haven't tried the Coffee bar yet, but the salted caramel is our favourite so far. You can distinctly taste the different flavours, the smooth chocolate, the sweetness of the caramal and then the grainy saltiness. It was just.. well, let's me just say there were a lot of appreciative sounds and 'OMG' and 'That's amazing'. The standard of flavours is wonderful. I don't think I will be able to buy chocolate from anywhere else in future. It just won't be the same. I am looking forward to trying some of the other flavours and the beautiful handcrafted truffles. The chocolate isn't cheap. It really is luxury chocolate, but you can taste the difference. It is divine. They gave me a pretty loyalty card too. So that I can get a free bag of chocolate buttons should I eventually fill it up :)

I had a chocolate experience booked but due to COVID issues with lock down I never got to use it. However they were kind enough to give us a voucher to use for half the value of the experience. We received a good mix of chocolates. The chocolate we received was nice but not the best chocolate I have had for the price.

What a lovely, lovely surprise to find this gem on a rare visit to Norwich! I'm a nut-free, dairy-free dark chocolate lover so no truffles for me, but still lots to choose from. I highly recommend the dark chocolate buttons (I'm always looking for these!) and the dark chocolate crystalised ginger is fantastic :-)

A fantastic little chocolate shop with big ideas. They do great personalised gifts using the finest chocolate and once you've attended one of their workshops you won't want to stop making your own. All very helpful and informative.
