This company are excellent. Always polite and helpful. The guys who actually moved us on the day worked incredibly hard and helped to make it a smooth process considering we moved during Lockdown. So pleased we choose this firm to move us.

Very pleased with how our move from Suffolk all the way to Norway was conducted. The 'boys' packed the content of our house into boxes and into the lorry all within a day, and it all fitted in (that was a worry of mine). They drove up to Norway in 2.5 days where we expected them at our new place and all was unloaded within a few hours. All our belongings had been treated very carefully, nothing was damaged. Efficient and friendly service at a reasonable price. I would always recommend this company.

We had the misfortune of asking Alan Cook Removals to carry out our recent move and how we rue that day. One broken promise after another from staff who were totally unprofessional, rude, arrogant and just don't seem to care. Eventually, we reluctantly ended up having to agree to them picking our furniture up one day earlier than planned, taking it into storage and then delivering it to our new address some days later, although not on the day they had initially agreed. They seemed to think that they were doing me a big favour by not charging for the weeks storage, BIG WOW! What about the other 750 I had to shell out due to the fact that it had to be put into storage and then be brought out again. Their attitude of 'If you don't like it then find someone else to move it' was thrown down like a gauntlet and I just wish that time had permitted me to do just that. The chief villains - Jamie, Russ or Ross, Liz and Todd. The Good guys - The team of three hard working lads who packed up our belongings, two of whom (Chris and Kieran) also delivered them to our new address just as the snow started to fall. To them I say a big thank you. Don't say you haven't been warned! Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.

Britannia Cooks did a three-day move for us. Throughout the process they have all been friendly and helpful, from the initial visit for a quote to offering advice on how to pack certain items over the phone. The people doing the actual moving did so quickly while still being careful with all our belongings and keeping the house clean. They turned up at the expected time on each of the three days, and finished in good time each day as well. They went out of their way to make the stress of moving as calm and stress-free as it could be. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving!

Fantastic job from start to finish. Moved our furniture and plants out of our uk address and then to storage. Delivered our items to the South of France 8 weeks later and the day after we got the keys ! Fantastic. Nothing broken all items well cared for. Professional teams that worked really hard and made the whole experience a stress free and pleasant experience. We were kept in informed at ever point and found the quote cheaper than some other local companies but did not reflect on the service provided . Great highly recommended
