Raul was incredibly responsive, and hauled away an old couch in under an hour! The price needed to be adjusted because the item was water logged (much heavier than it should have been), but Raul was upfront about why and it was completely reasonable. I will absolutely use this service again!

Excellent service and reasonable price. From the quick response to my request for service, the cordial setting of an appointment, and excellent efficient pick-up, it was all-five star. They not only hit the two-hour window for pick-up, but texted me when there was a 1/2 hour incremental change. If only everything about a move was this easy!
You can’t fabricate great work. I called 5 junk removal companies and these guys were the only ones that moved so fast. With such short notice they came out and removed my mattress with 0 contact. I was also shocked with the pricing of other companies vs this one. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
Great service, Norwalk Junk Removal came the same day and helped us clean out our house before our move. They removed a garage full of junk, and swept/cleaned the garage afterwards. This was a great help in helping us move out!
I cannot give these guys enough praise. I called On Saturday night to see if a couch I had could be removed the next day on Sunday. This was very short notice and my expectations were very low because other removal companies weren't even open on Sundays. Raul answered my call and gave me a spectacular deal along with his assurance it would be taken care of. The next day he showed up before schedule, removed my couch, and also took a piece of furniture off my hands that he was unaware of. If you are looking for someone to remove anything from your home, these are your guys. Super professional and very affordable. Moving and or removing can be a nightmare and I’ve had some terrible experiences. Norwalk Junk Removal LLC was not one of them, I would recommend them to anyone one looking for the best service at a great value. Thanks guys!
I've used Norwalk Junk Removal twice so far and both times I got a quote very fast within 1-2 hours and they were able to schedule pick ups the next day too! Good very competitive prices too!
