Substandard doors accompanied by woeful, deceitful and rude 'customer service'. Dire.

I’m not happy about having to give 1 star, they deserve 0. Customer service absolutely unbelievable how we were spoke to, the upstairs front bedroom window just exploded on the inside leaving the whole panel shattered, and the outside still in one piece when we called to complain we were being accused of impacting it with something when there was no one even in the room, after arguing for 10 minutes on phone we finally gave the measurements of the window, 3 weeks have passed and they’ve just been today to replace it and brought a piece of glass for the back bedroom which is huge in comparison so now it’s probably going to be another 3 weeks before anyone shows up. Absolutely fed up and don’t expect these problems when buying a new build
Shocking service!!! Customer service constantly lie saying they have called but there was no answer bd when you challenge them they can’t give you dates They have been to my house 4 times in the last 2 years and I still have issues with my patio doors one of which has a 2 inch gap at the bottom and let’s water into our kitchen A set of cowboys keep well away! Thinking of getting Dom on to it or watchdog
Shocking customer service, should be prosecuted under the trades description act for calling it that. Would not use if I had the choice but doors came with the new build house. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Never do what they say they, always have to chase them as they never follow up. Countless days waiting in for them to just not turn up.if i could charge them my date rate like they would to contractors I'd be retired by now! No matter how cheap they are, do yourself a favour and use someone else!
