Mostly good from here with a big positive being the separated salad although on this occasion the buffalo wings were burnt to a crisp. My other half was not happy. Looks like I'm sleeping in the doghouse for not checking before I left
I have visited here several times and the food is excellent. I have visited 3 or 4 times since they have reopened after the pandemic. One of the safety procedures that they had put in place was to encourage people to use their app. The app works well and is easy to make orders but it does have some flaws. Firstly, there is a countdown timer that is supposed to tell you when the meal is ready to collect. In my experience this is never accurate and the timer is not updated to show the actual time. Also the staff are not using the app properly. When you order you are taken to a page that is supposed to be updated when the meal is ready to collect. The staff are not updating this when the meal is ready and are instead shouting out the names of customers. This is unprofessional and makes the app useless.
Really good service, staff always happy to help, and food is very good indeed.
