I cannot thank Kalpana enough for strings she pulled for me. The day before one of my wedding events I desperately needed a manicure and pedicure as my original spa plans had fallen through. Kalpana, despite being fully booked, made an appointment for a full mani and pedi. It was a lovely and relaxing experience not to mention clean and covid friendly. But to top it all off, one of my toes smudged later in the evening so she organised one of therapists to drop off the exact colour to my house so I could retouch it. I will definitely be coming back!!!!! Thank you Panache xx

This place is fantastic in-terms of customer service, selection of treatments. I have used their facial and laser treatments and always left with 100% satisfaction. Always friendly and helpful front desk staff. If you leave a voice message or unable to reach them they always call you back.
I have been visiting since I moved to the area in 2018 and I’ve had a host of different treatments and products. The treatments I’ve had since first visiting in 2018 range from nails; facials; waxing and laser- have all been great- great results, I always receive fantastic comments on my nails as Simi does great nail art when I have my nails done, Victoria does my nails and brilliant facials and waxing, Fariba and Kiki are my go to for brows and Fariba also does my favourite facial ( I trust no one else for brows !) Kalpana has given me great laser results and always nice to see Chrissy on reception. It’s a blessing to find such a great, welcoming salon offering fantastic treatments and services, I would 100% recommend. I’ll be moving soon but I’ll make the trip back ( one thing I have learned as I move a lot with my job) is that when you find a gem then it’s worth the travelling knowing I’ll have a great experience with lovely people. I visited today after the reopening and very positive measures in place for COVID protection, couldn’t have any face treatments but still felt great to be back and had a laser treatment. COVID Friendly and Safe. Great service, very professional and safe. Staff were all wearing appropriate PPE minimising risk from Covid. Felt safe and treatments were as professional and high standards as usual.
I've been coming here for around a year and it's been fantastic. I feel well looked after and the therapists are lovely.
