Reception team playing god with genuinely poorly people and using Covid as an excuse for poor service is typical of this surgery. Surgery quite happy at the moment for you to overwhelm the hospitals as every response on the questionnaire refers you to 111. Poorly diabetic patient been waiting since 13.01.21 for doctor to call!

So far I've had a good experience here. However, the lady answering the phone was very blunt and quite rude when I called. I understand at the moment things are very busy and difficult, and you're supposed to use e-consult to contact the doctors. But a friendly, human touch on the phone would be nice. Thanks anyway for everything you do, it's much appreciated.
Updated from previously - Doctors and nurses would get 5 stars. Reception team 1.
If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. Pushing down and waiting until someone gives up asking for help.
