Couldn't help use ebooking, figured it out my self. Ebooking said, you need urgent medical advise call surgery or 111. This does not book an apt for you like the system is designed to do. When I called I was told I needed to change my answers to something less serious so it would book an apt. I asked how I would be treated correctly if I lied about medical issues. I was told this is going to happen every time and was booked for a call tomorrow and was hurried off the phone before I could find out what time the Dr would call as I have poor signal in work. Felt like I was just another inconvenience for them to try and shove to the side.

I've always received great care from this medical centre, but in the last few weeks the Drs and reception staff have gone above and beyond to help me though a period of ill health. Dr Powell and Dr Geoghegan have been great and also Lynette from the reception team, have all been brilliant.
