New owner does not take credit cards and charges storage after 30 days for uncollected items. I collected something I’d have had cleaned many times here and alternative dry cleaners. The prices lead you to believe there a high level of expertise but this is not the case. Item came back shrunk, with stains it didn’t go in with and the original texture of the fabric had lost its softness. I regret not checking it before arriving home as it’s not worth the travel costs returning to the shop. I should have remained faithful to Hartford dry cleaners who have never let me down.

Terrible customer service, dry cleaned my jacket and it was terrible. I had pointed out the marks when I took it in and was not informed that they may not come out. Reason why I took it in was to get them removed otherwise I would not have bothered. Despite me telling them that I was unhappy, their response was that there was nothing they could do! Terrible service, won't be using them again.
